Men’s Health Program Membership
We are proud to offer a comprehensive men’s health program at a membership price. This one-year membership includes the following:
- Initial consultation and health exam: Comprehensive evaluation of medical history and current health status to determine a course of treatment.
- Two visits per month with lab orders.
- Direct access to our Men’s Health Specialist Nurse Practitioner for questions, concerns, or guidance about the program.
The program fees are either $175/month with a one year commitment, or $1800/year.
